If so, that's the tire that gave me the best service when I was doing guided trail rides back when my ol' XR250R was nearly new. Seeing as I had to keep a record (for taxes/etc) of expenses, I went ahead and tracked how many miles per front/rear tires, chains, sprockets, oil changes, etc, etc. Amazing how much it costs to ride your scoot often and a bunch of miles. Anyway, the Vulcanduro was the best for long wear... had the stats to prove it.

Yup, that's the one.

The 690 is heavier, and it doesn't have nearly as wide a ratio tranny as the 450. But damn does it have power!

What a lazy day. Got up feeling bad, got over it. Was supposed to go to the ball park and watch practice, didn't. About the only productive thing I did today was nothing. Some days you just gotta do that.

Somedays those days are nice. I did get out and find some new roads close to the house. out east of bella vista. came out on highway kk. was nice to get out and ride a little. Some big dogs along the road.

Ive been on the sofa most of the day, I think ive watched 7 episodes of "flash forward" on netflix.

Wow, what an Adventurous group. I did little more. I put some winter run time (~50 miles each) on the hog and Burgman, then watched hog baseball practice games for 2 hours (planned opening weekend menus while there), then went to Ft. Smith to take my son and his wife to dinner tonight.

I got to do two fun things today:

* Rode my WR to/from church this morning.

* Met up with the daughter and her fiance' and we went to the USFS shooting range and shot our new pistols. I put over 200 rounds through mine. Had a great time. We then met up with the wife and we all ate Chinese food and BS'd until late thirty.

It was a great Sunday!

LIke most Sunday's, I hit the ground running and didn't quit until about 9pm, tonight. Oh and I hit a deer in the wife's car, on the way home. First claim with Allstate, so we'll see how it goes. My neighbor owns a body shop and he came and followed us home. Good to have good neighbors...

I get to ride the WR250X to work tomorrow...

I think the BMW is gonna be up for sale soon.
