Whew
After making like a stairmaster with the step stool, I'm pretty sure the only leak is in the garage. I have marked the perimeter of the ones in the house with magic-marker, so I can tell i they grow. None of them felt moist
though.![]() There is a gap in the decking right above where the garage leak is, I'll bet that is the cause.

I hope
They have very good reviews online, and I thought that they went "above and beyond" so far as quality.
So I figure he will get it right, after I call them first thing tomorrow. The leak is only about eight feet from the entrance to the attic, so that is convenient at least.

yep, I hate that.
its why I get into so many ridiculous repair sceanrios my self, I can fix it 2 or 3 times, for cheaper, and learn more in the process than most of the "experts" ive been tempted to hire. it is aggrevating honestly, Id love to have someone to fix things that I knew would do good work, I would have way more free time!

I know
I have always fixed our stuff myself. Hiring it done is a new experience for me, since my back blew-out on me.
I do what I can....and bitch about the rest.
