I get about the same number of channels as you when I use the rabbit ears and I'm pretty far up the mountain here. I'd say you're getting pretty good reception as there aren't all that many stations broadcasting on the air any more.

Congrats on getting the tag. Its a good feeling to know all the BS is over. on Travis web site he has the wiring part to make it easy to get turn signals and a horn on there.

about half of the channels I get are incredible looking, far better than the cable ive seen, I will assume they are actual full bandwidth high definition.

abc, nbc, a fox, a cbs, and a handful of aetn varients.

swapping from at&t dsl internet to cox cable internet, att too slow and more money.

I decided ( for the household) watching TV is not worth $50 a month to me.

hulu, netflix, and a handfull of over the air broadcast channels will be it I guess.

just wondered if I was missing something with the antenna and such, thanks for the info JaiDee.

Sitting here "working" and thinking about this summer. Anyone been to this event? Looks like a damn fine time, and I've never really done much riding in Colorado, so it might be a good place to start.

I'd probably drive out there in my truck because I see no reason to ride across Kansas.

How many chickens do you have? I'm thinking about getting a few.

Scribe, I went to a Horizons Unlimited event in Buena Vista several years ago. Great places to ride all around you. Would be best to be with someone who knows the area and have the support of a group. If I had enough vaction I would consider going.

My plan is to take two weeks, hit this event then knock around the high country for a bit. The joy of being self-employed.
