We need to find out where Albie is working each day, so we can go 'assist' him.

we could test ride the bicycles and lawn mowers for him.

I don't think the term "test ride" should be used anywhere around Doc.

Just sayin'..

tires?

Sorry if I'm hijacking this tread, but I thought your regional opinions would be valuable. I just purchased an 05 WR450F, added the Tusk street conversion kit and got my AR title and tags today. I am in need of new (DOT approved) tires for riding some of the great rides you all have posted on this site. I live in Little Rock, about 25 minutes from the Ouachita National Forest and will mainly be on the fire roads and trails in that area. For the Ozark trips, I will more than likely load the bike in the truck and not try to ride the bike from LR. I have looked at the Dunlop 606, but like the longevity of the Heidenau K60. The K60 seems more of a 50/50 road/trail and not sure its enough of a dirt tire for the Ozarks. Anyone have an opinion on these choices or would recommend another option. Always wiling to listen and learn.

Thanks in advance, Phil

Phil,
You may want to try Pirelli MT43 for the rear, and TKC80 for the front.

I run Pirelli MT21's and really like them. If you run 606's choose a different front. I haven't heard anything good about those.

I run D606's front and back and have for about 4 years. They are great on the DRZ.

Phil. It is impossible to hijack this thread. It has no direction.

I run 606's on my WR250 and my only complaint is the speed rating is only 106

Everyone told me the fronts are squirrely. See, you just never know what someone will like.
