Martha and I overnighted in Indy last evening. We just stopped for lunch in Columbus, Ohio. We stop tonight in Rochester, New York. One more day of driving and I get to relax a while.

I got Poison Ivy bad at SLAP and I'm fighting to keep it under control. This shit sucks! 1rst time I've ever had it.

I had a bad sat night. I guess I broke a rib last weekend in my vintage race crash, I knew my right side hurt but wanted to hit slap. Lots of riding last week and muscling the bikes through O'Leary's Hurricane Creek trail was not a good idea. I layed on the ground outside the Camper in pain, couldn't hardly breath and the pain made me sick. Guess I'm on light duty and see if I can heal up. Any suggestions? I've never had a broken rib..
And here I thought you were just making up an excuse to get out of riding with the hot shoes. Hope it gets better quick!

Just remember to scrub anything you even thought you may have been wearing down with Dawn dish soap. to get rid of as many of the oils as possible. To late now, but scrubbing yourself down with Dawn after you think you have been in contact with it will help minimize the resulting breakout. But if you have little insects biting you about the same time as you get into the weeds you just get to itch.

...and here I thought you were limping around Sunday because of that small remark you made to your wife late Saturday night and the way she punched you one in the rib...or did you forget that???

Seriously though, sorry to hear about the rib Ted. Not much you can do for it but to take it a bit easy and rest it as much as possible. I've never had one broken, but the bad bruise I had once was plenty enough for me. Heal fast buddy!

Is it just a coincidence that Magoo has it too? I think I saw him scratching himself...ohhh, never mind, that'd just be rude to mention where.

Sorry Charlie and Magoo, I couldn't resist. Something about being around Scribe all weekend.
