IM reading through that EPA article joe, 27 instances of the word " additive".

the word "stabilize" pops up three times, in reference to stabilize the market, and stabilize land use.

Should I be looking for something more technical?

Yep, I was pretty fortunate making that on anything other than a Strom or KTM.
