Where has Vinduroman disappeared to? We need him to give us a fall train ride this year.

I didn't. The only reason I stopped to get breakfast is so I could sit there with a hot sausage biscuit in one hand and a hot cup of coffee in the other. Then I ate/drank them cold.

On another note, I got in over 800 miles of good riding from 3:00pm yesterday to now. Rode to Lawrence, KS for a concert last night, over to Liberty, MO to sleep, and from there to Yellville this morning. My brother met me in Yellville and we rode the TART from there to Blue Eye. The Versys did surprisingly well with the street oriented front tire. It could definitely use something a little more aggressive up front though. We took Hwy 221 out of Berryville (how did I not know about this road? Very pretty and no traffic) and then hopped on 410 (Maybe a forest road??) and took that over to 23 and then west on Hwy 12.

My brother had his first dual sport riding experience today. Within 2 minutes of getting on our first dirt road I knew that I'd come around a corner and see him and the TW in a ditch. Sure enough, I came around a corner and saw him and the TW in a ditch. Knocked the horn off, broke my windshield, and burned his pants on the exhaust. It was a good time for both of us, we've never gotten to ride together so that was a lot of fun.

That sounds way fun Mattmus, good of you to let other folks rawhide your stuff!

I can expect you to let me ride your Versys with similar expecations right?
