From now on, if the taggetter's could post a description of the site along with their tag. That'll be great

My camera is having the same problem as Mica's. Everything is coming out blurry. I'll do my best to explain.
I chose this spot because there are no straight roads that go there. It's deep in the heart of Fauquier. The historical marker says NEAVIL'S MILL. Notice the stone house in the background. My bike is parked in front if it. ( I was standing in the road when I took this shot.) This is the tag shot. I'm parked in front of the stone house, that is now a historical architecture firm. Ali is in the big tree stump between my bike and the sign. Stand between the stump and the pavement, Ali is in the left part of the stump. If it's dark, bring a flashlight. Now for your clue: I had to rush my previous post when I made the grab. My wife was waiting on me so we could leave for Front Royal to pick up my daughter who was staying with my parents. I picked Ali up at the Warrenton/Fauquier Airport. |

That tag was too close to pass up. I rode to the tag, grabbed tag, rode a few miles out of the way on the ride home to check out some roads, got home made coffee, uploaded pics and posted the grab in a total time of 50 minutes.
I'll be leaving to set the new tag in about 30 minutes.

New Tag
New Tag
Some of you that have headed to Skyline Dr. or Front Royal might recognize this place, down the street from The Apple House. ![]() You might also be thinking, HEY!! that is 'out of bounds', if so, you would be correct. The tag is about 1.2 miles east, on the same road and the cross street is a 'fiery road'. A couple months back I also placed a tag, at night, on this same road, about 25 miles east. The tag is about 1000' in bounds. ![]() Tag shot- the support beam for the guardrail, to the left of my bike, gator is hiding behind there. ![]() For those that none of the clues mean anything. It's next to the post office not named after the star of Barney Miller.

Grab (Monteray Service Station)
dentvet and I arrived at virtually the same time. After trying to figure out the auto-timer mode on my wife's camera, we agreed to set the next tag together. |
