Ali was glad to be rescued from the abandoned shop after weathering the big storm. Having laid low for awhile, s/he felt lazy and wanted some exersize. How about tennis? Sure/why not.

I didn't use the comic book reference, but with the one I did use, the answer came right up!
I also double checked with street view.

I've made clues before that I thought would take awhile to figure out but didn't. I've also made them, what I thought was fairly...no, REAL easy, and had people bitching about the "difficult" clues.

For instance, take the last couple pages of the VA tag.

This is a true RLD tag, one that Columbus could easily find, especially if he looked north, and most certainly by his 2nd attempt.

Caveat:
Sloped parking lot and wet leaves dictate caution on this grab.
