With all the insanity of the last week, the holiday season upon us and incessant sales pitches, Ali wanted to go shopping and see what it is all about. I explained that all those deals were for AFTER Thanksgiving. Besides, we still had to get through that holiday first. Ali was not too pleased because he saw no point in eating a bird. "Not too much meat." he said. "I like antelope and gazelle!" I decided not to mention Chick-Fil-A served bird, but offered to take him to a walking- mall (that's what we southerners call strip malls) so he could get some gift ideas. We walked about for a bit and discussed things like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Ali has now confirmed we humans are nuts and really needed a beer. I took him to an ale house that does not serve gazelle but has beer from all over the atlas.

More than likely nursing a hangover and curled up under a rock. Watch your fingers!!

Too bad I have to wait for insulation installers this morning or I'd take Ali to Chic-Fil-A for lunch

I'd say Ali might stagger over there later but it would be a hike with 1/2" legs.

We had to settle for Starbucks this morning as it us the only place that is open. Ali looks very fetching in her new ribbon!

Ali was starting to wonder. I checked up yesterday afternoon.
My daughter thought Ali needed a little festive apparel for this time of year.

Ali was HUNGRY, so she suggested we go fishing for Whitings or trouts.

"I'll take you to some water," I replied, "But it's Thanksgiving! Fish is not what this holiday is about! Bring along your Winchester rifle, and we'll hunt wild turkeys instead." Ali was unsure: "The Marshall might have something to say about that -- we haven't got a permit."

Ali wanted to do something nice to celebrate Thanksgiving. After all, Ali has been a faithful mascot and has been very good to the game. Ali and I had a nice discussion, and finally decided on whitt to do. We found a place that helps others with homes, a habitat place:



It also, appropriately, was close to a place for those who need help when they get in serious trouble.



Ali is in the front parking lot by this pole.



Here is Ali before the hiding process.



Ali is sleeping comfortably under some good ol grass and other lawn stuff.



One final clue, there are several of these places. Center yourself on a road whose two digits add to 10.

I found the location.......but spent my day to the north. Its unusual this tag sat all day on such a nice day.

^^ Yep. I drove right past it on my way to get supplies for winterizing the race bike. Should have taken the GS since the stuff would fit in the cases. Alas, I was in the cage
