The Savage BTVLSS looks mighty interesting as a replacement for my Remington 581LH. Anyone have any expierence with them?

Apparently they're selling the P22 with an integral laser now.

Had one (pre accutrigger) and loved everything BUT the trigger (22-250). It was spectacular out to 300 yards (like under 2 inches at 300)
Had it for 10 years or so-Sold it for more than I paid. Perhaps should kept it.

father in law has one in .17 and it is excellent- for the nickels, I dont think you will find a better rifle. CZ rimfires are spectacular, but now were talking dimes...

A local store had those on sale for $299 last week. If they a left handed version of the thumb hole I'd have bought one.

The Annie is NOT the same gun as the ISSC.

Very nice....was on the fence on one not too long ago....but for some reason S&W .22's are all just too fat for my hands...even the new ones.....I don't get a good grip and feeling when holding them.....so I passed. I picked up a woodsman instead...much thinner.

Like the feeling of the p22, neos, rugers and the like.....kinda like the neos, but need to do some more reading on it...seems early examples had some issues.

MY newest

I love those target 22 pistols - the 41 Smith and the Beretta 76 that were on the past couple of pages. The gun snob in me has always had the hots for a Browning Medalist. I passed on a Medlaist for $90 in 1973 :o).

My latest is the GSG-522 SD:

I bought a Bariska 50mm red dot for it and I have shooting spinners in the woods next door. After 45 years of missing a lot of targets, the GSG has me thinking I have a little talent. Heck with this gun i might could get in one of Arnold's movies.

I was tempted by that GSG myself. Dunham's has them on sale for $299 and the older pre law suit one for $399. I felt I could use a little more length in the pull area though.

Did some range time with a Colt 1911 22LR conversion kit and Stoeger Luger, forgot how much I enjoy the 22 in a pistol. All smiles.
