My 22/45 has sort of become my "wife's pistol". When I had the 10/22, it didn't come to the range as much as the handguns did. Add to that basically any non-youth rifle is too big for my wife to handle, so if I don't shoot it nobody else will.

What it boils down to is that I want the Single Ten more, but cost and hassle is a lot more. I feel like I "ought to" own a .22 rifle, but a revolver I could strap on when I'm going turkey hunting sounds like more fun.

Sounds like I've made my mind up

In an open area I can see the rifle being more fun.

I think I probably vacillate about as much as you do. At any time there are 10 guns I want, 7 I can afford, and maybe 3 that I can buy without my wife killing me.

Hey Pete, can you weigh the pros and cons of various models of tuber Buells with respect to how you plan to purchase your next one? I don't think you've ever done that before

My problem is that the wife is worse then I am....that can be a little hard on the checkbook. A few weeks ago it was I like this 1911....she was well get it....but we have to get a new hot water heater....she told me I will regret it later.

Someone has to be the voice of reason....never figured it would be ME?!!?

Another gun to add to the want list.
