Gravity is heavier than anti-gravity so it naturally filters its way to the lower parts of the motorcycle. The tank is just where you put it in. Did you not read the instruction label?

Is not the tightrope walker's balancing pole above their centre of gravity too? It aids in stability by increasing moment of inertia (rotational momentum), not by lowering centre of gravity...

You'd be amazed how many Australians get all weird when they see this shirt - then finally realise it says "AUSTRIA"...
