Nope, posted at the pump. Some give the cash discount for a debit card at the pump, others only inside. Cash or debit.

I was at the bank drive through and they're was a low rider style car in the lane next to me, he rolled down his window and it was a rapper type dude and he asked with a really confused look, "Can that thing go on the freeway?? you crazy!"

A "probe" or "probe unit" is what I've always called them.
