Yup. Capital city, and technically where I grew up, though it was in an outlying area. Manoa Valley. Mauka view from the folks' house:

So, yes, as Dakez points out, unless I was in AK
or HI I was full of it. Happens I was in Hawaii, so his BS call.... is BS, lol.

Get with it! Everybody knows Austria is somewhere down there in the Pacific Ocean. Come on now!

I just figure they are ignorant fuckheads and ride off. It's easier that way for me.

Then I'd have to give them a geographic lesson on the location of Austria.

WELL, EXCUSE THE HELL OUT OF ME!!

Both of our bikes are brand new. I didn't feel the need to carry any duct tape. I don't have any wrenches with me either.

Furthermore, I am absolutely not a pirate! Just an average lady riding a Harley.

I could have had any bike I wanted, but that is what I chose.

TO EACH THEIR OWN, RIGHT!! POINT BEING DON'T JUDGE!!!

I do not look down on anyone who rides, and I like ALL bikes! I will talk to anyone I run across, doesn't matter what you ride!

NOT EVERY HARLEY RIDER IS A PIRATE, JUST SO YOU KNOW!

And other iterations of the same. Oy, people.

I hate it when I'm filling up my bike - riding jacket and helmet on. My back's to the person who says, "Nice bike!" I reply, "Thanks" and then they say something stupid like - "Hey - you're a chick!" Like I didn't already know this?

Good response; crumpets indeed.

I love Tigers!!!

In 27 years of riding, I have never encountered such a twatwaffle.

I suppose if it occurred in the US, I'd talk him down.

If it was in my country I'd just call him an asshole.

Yeah.
I'd also like to hear how many times.

Or perhaps you were just trying to make the poster feel as though living in a society where the need to carry a weapon is somehow less desirable?

I don't think it's because you ride a harley... duct tape i a handy thing to have no matter where your adventures take you, I carry some when backpacking you never know when you might need some.

a partial roll of duct tape has save me from a tow bill on several occasions. it is just one of the things that come in handy....sometimes to block a broken helmet vent or roadside boot repair.

I have no issue with whatever bike you ride, but for the love of god, stop with the pink bold comic font.

I do not think you will EVER convince this group of that. I have never seen a more brand bashing bunch of people then I have seen on here.

And I think the pink font sets you off as different. Keep it!

Thank you folks for the information on duct tape. I really did not think of it that way.

You mean Australia right? When people ask me where my KTM comes from and I tell them Austria, they say oh nice, G'day and any other line they can think of from a Crocodile Dundee movie. Then I just give up and move along.
