I just figured it was a funny typo, on my phone it came up as "-" instead of "~"
If you're not cold at negative 60, you're doing it wrong.

I think he's one of the doctors in town. Very nice guy. We chatted for a few things while I just drooled and stared at his car.

Their personality!
An artist, an accountant and an engineer were each asked whether they'd prefer to have a wife or a mistress.

The artist said "I would enjoy the mystique and mystery of a mistress much more than a wife."

The accountant said "I would much rather have the security of knowing that someone is there to share life's load with me every day."

The engineer said "Can I have both? That way I can tell each of them I'm with the other one and get more work done at the office."

If you're not cold at -60F, you're doing it right.
No such thing as bad weather, just inadequate gear.

Point taken.
But -60? Really? No thanks I'd rather curl up by the fire and consume some beverages.

Rode to a local home contractor's place today to do paperwork for new siding. Weather is cool, drizzly, windy. Walked in, one of the guys inside remarks, "Don't tell me you rode your motorcycle here." "Okay, I won't tell you." Then I pointed out the window.

At a gas stop yesterday, a guy asked me "Is that the new KLR Touring?"

I wasn't able to come up with a meaningful reply, so I just told him no, that it was last year's model.

Then he told me he worked at a bike shop. He said he was a Harley guy. He said that the previous day he rode thirty miles.

I was speechless again. I just gave him a congratulatory smile and nod and then went on my way.

Great looking KLR. I'd believe you if you told me it was the touring edition
