Flash posted a story about restoring a 1978 R100S.

Great pictures, and a better story. Simple but hearfelt.

I have been thinking a lot about giving up the old bikes in favor newer stuff.

Flash reminded of why the old bikes are special.

I sold my 02 R1150R and went retro again. Nothing can beat an old air head for character.

My next BMW is gonna be an airhead GS. Something that I can ride to the desert, beat on it for a bit, then ride home.
