Waiting on the interior pieces to dry, but I'm basically finished, finally.

So I'm thinking of a silly project... a plane that can fly itself. Figured with a gyro unit, two servos, a speed controller and electric motor, if I can find/make a programmable box that'll hold a program in memory... anyways, anyone ever heard of a kit/project like this? Looking for tips on where to start with the controller box.

I ordered the HK clipped wing cub that I linked on here last night. I am going to start looking into motors and such as I have never built an ARF like this before. Just PNP, and RTF planes.

Thanks. Not really looking for an autopilot per-say, but it is a start. Thanks.

Contour Roam camera hanging beneath my Blade 400. My heli piloting skills leave alot to be desired, I'm way smoother with a plane!! But it was still fun to try.

Much better than my attempts at anything more than a 3 channel co-axial with a gyro. On the sim however I am pretty proficient. After watching the vid, I started looking into getting a helicopter again.
