No it was in Harrisonville, Mo But that is why I posted it, I was wondering if it was the same guy and if anyone else had seen him? AZbiker could not make that connection he must be brilliant!~~

It doesn't look like the same guy.. more skinny and the rear drag wheel is different. If you do a search you can find a number of folks who are convicted to share a ministry/witness in this method.

Yeah "convicted" as in something you have felt commited to in a Faith way not a legal or mental health sense. This is part of the Bible Belt in the nation and so the culture here still remains one of churches, Sunday School, Vacation Bible school and such. So there are those that express this Faith and what they have come to believe in with many different expressions. Bearing a cross visually is but one.
