Yeah well my buddy's house is off Foothills Parkway so it's the shortest way to get there from Lake Lure (phreakshack)
Been going thru Deals Gap for decades

It's a really gnarly road recommended for only experienced riders with truly off road capable machines....................

It's a fun ride and pretty scenic but not very difficult. It does however have much tighter curves than Deal's Gap.



As you can see, it's a very hazardous road since there is no double yellow line to protect you from all the oncoming traffic!
