I'm not afraid of technology, I just think that sometimes it detracts from the aesthetic purity of the words, so to speak, as it were, things of that nature.

I was a shop teacher and I used to give a lecture called "Dumb as a bag of hammers" where I dumped out a bag of them and explained that the lowly hammer (in many unique and specialized forms) is one of the most precise, highly developed, and unappreciated of tools.

Don't force it, use the bigger hammer!

He was probably riding in a totally safe and prudent fashion, obeying all speed and traffic regulations and wearing hi-vis clothing. Must not have had ABS.

Yeah, I'm sure that's it... well, he could be a squid... just maybe.
