After all the armchair quarterbacking... that picture just makes me sick to see the ADV sticker on a bike over the line like that.

Thread's over I guess.

There are plenty of asshat ADV riders around. We are no better than the general riding public!

The ADV sticker was on the bike when he bought it.

Maybe that shadow to his right was a cruiser layin-er-down?

Of course, as as been mentioned numerous other times there are other roads out there which are just as fun, but haven't been tarnished by becoming a playground for idiots.
You're thinking about it wrong. It's a scene. Stop at the store. Have a burger. Look at bikes. Enjoy the shenanigans. Try to relax and have some fun. The "Anti-Dragon" crowd is tedious.

I have met many interesting people there. There's always interesting stuff to look at and it's not a bad place to camp. I wonder how many people who post on this thread have actually been there?

This reminds me of a converstion with a freind who is planning to go to Sturgis this summer. I said seems a long way to go (almost 2k miles each way) just go get shit faced at a bar. He said it wasn't about that, he wants to ride the black hills...I agreed that would be a great trip but I would pick another time to do it....less crowded.
