There is always a chance, but it's a slim one in this case. Those tires tend to flex a lot, and they are tubed. They don't have a long lifespan though. I've got the nice ones, and they only go about 6,000 miles. The grippy offroad ones were good for about 4,000 tops. Luckily they're relatively cheap, and if you guy them when they're on sale, you get three so you can "rotate" your tires.
