Got to wear those half helmets so you can see better, cause those full face helmets block the peripherial vision!

Sidestand and/or centerstand pedal. My V-Strom was similar, the left peg had a longer feeler than the right.

Believe it is in the federal regs, that soft parts, have to hit before hard, so feelers on folding footpegs do that duty

I expect it has as much to do with ambulance chasers and litigation lawyers as it does with any regulations.

FYI
Plan accordingly

Bridge at Fontana on NC 28 to have work done on it and will have closures.

From NCDOT page about the work

NCS

"RALEIGH The N.C. Department of Transportation will close N.C. 28 just below Fontana Dam in the Fontana community of Graham County for several days during the month of June for bridge repair work. The work will involve applying a new overlay to the deck of the bridge on N.C. 28 over the Little Tennessee River.
The first closure will take place from Sunday, June 2, at 8 p.m. until Thursday, June 6, at 8 a.m.
The second closure will take place from Sunday, June 9, at 8 p.m. until Thursday, June 13, at 8 a.m.
The detour around the closure is Welch Road to Meadow Branch Road to U.S. 129 back to N.C. 28.
The $1.6 million project contract was awarded to American Contracting Services of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
NCDOT reminds motorists to stay alert, watch signs for construction information and obey the posted speed limit."

Is she smiling? I thought it looked like she had a piece of food stuck between a couple of molars and was trying to work it loose.

Holy crap, are you nuts? This is the fail thread.

Her boots aren't even tied. They are unequivocally doomed to a fiery death.

Come to think of it, either those are his boots, or she might be a he. Those are some big feet!
