Apparently there are some nice crash photos of this guy on one of the other 129 sites from later in the day.

I can see him at the bar later. "Yeah, I don't need a stupid dual-sport. I take this thing off road all the time."

RD,
Good to see my favorite ADVrider thread is back on track. I'll take a run up to the Dragon later today and try and get some photos. First I need to haul some gravel to patch up my driveway after all the rain in the area.

...and I don't have to see any more than that to say... Even with the chaps and the cruiser attitude, that chick has a certain je ne sais quoi!

Another decent looking bike with clean lines. I suspect we'll be seeing a lot of chops in the weeks to come. Smokeout is June 21-23 in Rockingham, and a lot of the guys riding in from the west coast will be hitting the Dragon.

Yes, people with homebuilt chops actually ride them across the country. It's the fancy chops that get trailered everywhere.

Is it me or does something look wonky with the lack of rake? Wonder how it handles?

What's wonky is the ridiculous helmet, complete lack of gear, and cut pipes... that thing is probably deafening.

I used to drive one of those. Back in the 80s when it was new. And no, mine wasn't red. Very capable as to cornering/handling though in recent years the bar has been raised and not as outstanding in handling compared to the rest of the fleet as it used to be.

No, that would be "stanced". As in "I lowered my car so far that the rear suspension is now horribly out of whack and my differential is scraping. It has a really aggressive stance now and people with think it is rear wheel drive because I put camber plates on and cranked my shock mounts over because my tyres wouldn't fit otherwise. You could say I stanced it."
