That is what might have just happened earlier today.
I was riding north on 129 and came to this on the bridge by the

Cheoah dam.

They took one rider in an ambulance and the other more severely injured rider in the Medevac helicopter to a trauma center.

After they cleared the bridge I continued north on and saw two Harleys at the crash site. I couldn't stop and get a photo because of the backed up traffic and no place to pull off.

It appears that one Harley headed south went wide across the double yellow up 129 a bit and ran into another Harley headed north up hill on 129. If I catch the NC highway patrol officer in the next day or so I will ask him. He is the short one we call the Ninja (he laughs about it).

Anyone familiar with that road up to Dragon knows how tight it is in spots and if a vehicle crosses into your lane there is not much room to dodge.

Last week I ran into another road block for a helicopter landing over on the four lane on 28 between Wolf Creek and the entrance to the Tsali recreation area.

Not that he couldn't stand to lose a few pounds, but that looks a lot more like rotor wash than back boobs.

Rotor wash? I don't think jet wash would push that much fat around the back side.
