TN is one that does NOT require them.
That part is a violation, i am pretty sure he was stating that it just so happens to be the only guy who still has turn signals.
GapRunr worked up there for years and commuted daily, i would think he knows what is required on a motorcycle, he is in the motorcycle business too.

I bought my Spyder because it's like taking an ATV onto pavement, it's unique fun in its own way and a great change of pace from riding two wheels. Alas, it's obvious many owners bought them because they're too infirm to ride two wheels-- and they're still afraid of *three*. Yeah, the Smokies scenery is nice, but I've got pretty mountains here at home, too-- what I *don't* have are those great roads, and I wanted to ride them, dagnabbit!
That's funny... I have an RS and feel the exact same way. I went to SypderFest in Cuba, Missouri two years ago and had more fun riding by myself. I was planning to go this year, but cancelled my reservations a few weeks before the event. I'm kinda pissed at BRP for turning it into an old man's bike, but I guess they have to chase the profits.

I'll keep my Spyder (and keep riding the shit out of it), but I don't foresee any more rallies.

FWIW, I actually do have a car tire on the rear of mine: Kumho AST 225/50 R15

Very nice riding shoe. Not as protective as my big boots obviously, but protective enough since I don't have to put my feet down on the Spyder.
Very cool. I'm known to downgrade the footwear too when I ride the hacks. Instead of riding boots, I just toss on the Red Wings.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy...

So you're saying it's okay to hide your license plate as long as you remove the turn signals ?

You realise he is talking about ancient retirees trucking along on their Spyder RT's, not ancient retirees trucking along on their BMW RT's.
