Well, there's nothing hypothetical, so it must be good riding.

See, that's where I don't get attitudes like yours... He pays taxes on both sides, and it was clear to use.

But that little indiscretion makes him sloppy to you?

Sorta gets into a "freedom" thing... If he wants to, and doesn't put anyone or anything at risk, is he free to choose to do that?
I'm surprised that everyone missed one interesting point.

If you straighten the corners by using the other lane, you can ride faster at whatever your skill level happens to be. The motard rider would have to slow down to ride only in his lane. If the guy in the video was moving slower, he would have had less momentum to scrub off and may have avoided tipping over. The errant-double-yellow-crosser may not have been anticipating the additional speed for an oncoming vehicle and felt they had sufficient room. In my book, both made bad mistakes. I feel the KTM guy was being stupid by concentrating on speed over enjoying the curves and practicing his riding skills. I feel the double yellow crosser was stupid and selfish for trying to get around a car that was holding up his enjoyment of the road.

I have never understood why the local LEO's put up with people using that stretch of road as a race course.

Squid on a motard he deserved to go down for riding like a fool.

just my oppinion...The BMW guy deserved a BEAT DOWN.

That Greek biker video about gave me a heart attack with the 200+ wheelie and motard bike doing 180 until I realized the speedo is in KPH. Duuhh.

It's amazing how many drivers/riders(just about every damn one) cross over into the oncoming lane to get around someone stopped or driving slowly when there are vehicles coming the other way!!! WTF people...
I guess they feel they don't have to slow down for anything or anybody.

Burma shave

THRILLS AND CHILLS
MAKES YOUR HEART RACE
AS CURVES AND HILLS
BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE
BURMA SHAVE

If you are out here at night
You can almost see Venus
Good God was that a LEO
That just went between us?
BURMA SHAVE

Smell your ticket
Presented by a LEO
Chances are
It smells like BO
BURMA SHAVE

My wife had a LEO
Get mighty flirty
Just because
I couldn't keep it under thirty
BURMA SHAVE

A speed over thirty
I have been told
Will line Tennessee's
Pockets with mucho gold
BURMA SHAVE

I once was scared of
The Dragon's mighty curve
But now it is just
The ticket I didn't deserve
BURMA SHAVE

Don't stick out your thing
To go wee wee
You might get it clipped
By the THP
BURMA SHAVE

The THP must be
Really small
So they stand on the Dragon
To make themselves feel tall
BURMA SHAVE

Flip Flop
Don't Get Stopped
Watch The Cop
BURMA SHAVE

Old Man Biker
Shaved his face clean
For 15 years
His chin he had not seen
BURMA SHAVE

Fold up your pegs
And tuck in your knees
Let off the brake
Or move over …please…
BURMA SHAVE

Do not meddle
In dragon affairs
For you are crunchy
And taste good with ketchup
BURMA SHAVE

318 curves
In 11 miles
Will give bikers
Lots of smiles
BURMA SHAVE

Get your tail
On the Dragon,
So you can do
Lots of braggin!
BURMA SHAVE

The road is steep
your bike is fast
better slow now
if you want to last
BURMA SHAVE

Harley or Honda
Sportbikes and crusiers
As long as no one crashes
We have no loosers
BURMA SHAVE

Twisty curves
And switchback city
Make the Dragon
Relly pretty
BURMA SHAVE

You’re on two wheels
The road you’re yearning
Enter the Dragon
Enjoy the turning.
BURMA SHAVE

318 curves
A little to fast
Beard now grows
Under a body cast
BURMA SHAVE

Slow it down
Don’t go so fast
You'll slip and slide
You'll bust you’re a_ _
BURMA SHAVE

Ride The Dragon
Have a Ball
Just keep it safe
For one and all!
BURMA SHAVE

Look straight ahead
And not at the people
Or you may find yourself
In a building
With a steeple
BURMA SHAVE

Your bike is cool
And so are your clothes
But mind that semi
Coming straight at your nose
BURMA SHAVE

Short sweeping curves
And vast rolling vistas
But please be alert
Or go home with blisters
BURMA SHAVE

Please look at the road
And don’t pose for Killboy
Or you may find yourself smiling
From underneath your new toy
BURMA SHAVE

Not wearing a helmet
It ain't too smart
May give your family a chance
To donate your heart
BURMA SHAVE

The Dragon's blind curves
Can be a scary place
Especially when a Semi
Stares you in the face
BURMA SHAVE

Road and bike
We wish you luck
Don't get hit
By a truck
BURMA SHAVE

When you ride the Dragon
Hold on tight
If you're reckless of foolish
The Dragon will bite
BURMA SHAVE

Ride your own ride
On the Tail of the Dragon
So you don't go home
With your "tail" a-draggin'
BURMA SHAVE

Three hundred eighteen
Curves abound
Keep them fun
Don't lay her down
BURMA SHAVE

Road rash from
The Dragon's Tail
Doesn't make you
More a male
BURMA SHAVE

I thought to tame her
Who was I kiddin'
Now she has me
At her biddin'
BURMA SHAVE

Tho sinuous curves
May hypnotize
Respect that power
Beneath your thighs
BURMA SHAVE

Go astray
And cross the yellow
You may meet
Another fellow
BURMA SHAVE

In your lane
You must stay
If you don't
You will pay
BURMA SHAVE

Watch your back
On this here road
Unless you like being
Squashed like a toad.
BURMA SHAVE

Why does it surprise that drivers do dumb shit when they pull in front of trains daily? Some of them own motorcycles too.

Here then, watch this abortion.

I'd sell my bikes and all of the gear I've accumulated.

Couple of riders there. It was an accident waiting to happen.

Do you think he hit some sand there? That bike just slid right out from under him.
