The travel on that fork must be about an inch....and with that size tire a semi probably can run the dragon faster.

When function is in the cheap seats and "look at me" form takes over the entire show.

An overweight middle aged man with a cartoon character on the car doors is just creepy in SO many ways!

And I wonder if Tattoo man can get a cover up when he realizes that the GAP only has 220 turns at best!

That map is very misleading. It does not really tell us much other than there are a shitload of accidents in the US. I see what is expected IE more accidents where there are more people.

The Hawaii example is an illusion. If you use the map tools and zoom in to the islands things do not look so bad.

Perhaps a more useful map would have normalized the number of accidents per number of miles driven, or by the population in a given area.

And WTF is going on with Hawaii? Looks like a war zone on the streets over there!

There is a great tale to the origin of "318 turns"....begins with the owner of the original store

That is a high frequency ham radio antenna and a pretty good one at that. He can literally talk to any place in the world with that thing without any infrastructure. It bounces radio waves off the ionosphere and does not use satellites, cell towers or repeaters. It is true point to point radio communication from the front seat of the truck.

Now, if he is trying to tune it while driving on the "Dragon", that would be a big fail.
