That is SEBSPEED from VFRD.com ... He's pretty handy with a motorcycle, he didn't scratch anything but his centerstand during that whole series of photo runs.

Duh yourself.

Police wanting to stop a group don't just pull over the last guy.

And they don't "physically" stop bikes (or cars) as in tackling them or catching them in a net. The direct them to pull over.
