Not much of a way to react to that one no matter how fast you went into that curve.

If it's one thing I've learned from DAKEZ and others is, it's that you shouldn't out-ride your ability, b/c then it's your fault.

Right? Same vid as the BMW enters Suermoto's lane, only this time there was contact... Same left-hander type curve too.

ABS don't do nothing when you don't touch the brakes..

..that said, I wonder what kind of mount he was using for his camera. It didn't budge an inch.

The only thing that guy did wrong was to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. You do realize he was only going 45mph, right?

+1 on the camera and mount. That thing never moved.

Please tell me you're joking. The guy on the white bike wasn't even going very fast. He was well away from the line and riding pretty responsibly I thought. Having an out of control idiot come sliding into you from out of nowhere isn't anything one can predict or prepare for.

I'm betting you were being sarcastic. Please tell me you were.

How do you stop under one second? I don't think he had more time than that..

You will have to forgive IHeart. He has apparently not quite gotten over the abuse he took after telling us all about running into the back of a stopped car.

The white one did nothing wrong. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If he had been going a few MPH faster or slower, he would not have been involved in that accident.

I was in a similar accident over 10 years ago at Deals Gap. I was just cruising along when a bike going the other way lost in in a curve and slid into me. There was no time to react, I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

And before anyone comments on the crazy squids at Deals Gap, it was an old guy on a cruiser. I don't think he was even going that fast, he just didn't know how to handle curves.

BTW, we both walked away from it although my bike was totalled.

The best thing to do with that guy is ignore him. He is either a twelve year old troll, or in need of some special education!

No, try you guys blaming and calling a supermoto rider dangerous when a BMW clipped him in his lane and caused him to wreck.

Need a memory refresher?

Good thing the vid didnt show the whit bike guy EVER crossing the double yella...

Do, you ADV HTT gods would be all over him, just like the last vid.

Me, yes. Others. No.

Taken from the last vid of a guy entering the POV riders lane...

I guess I will need to work on my ability to magically hop over sliding motorcycles.

Until I learn such a skill I simply avoid things like Sturgis during the rally because 60% of he bikes there are brought in on trailers and the riders are not able to stay on their own side of the beautiful twisty roads of the Black Hills and the Bad Lands.

I watched it several times and came to the conclution that had that been me on the camera mounted bike I would have.... CRASHED JUST LIIKE THE THE RIDER IN THE VIDEO DID!!! That is why I wear gear... SHIT HAPPENS.
