I loved the steamers. Always wanted one.

From the looks of it, I would think it was really a water buffalo or a chemical tank, meaning the tank is plastic. He's obviously not using it for that with the top cut out. Perhaps he just hinged the lid to make it suitable to haul cargo?

Something doesn't look right about the location of the exhaust. Appears to be lower than stock.
