Ha! I work in Kuparuk! I do 4 &4s too. Fours years ago, I did 4 weeks on, 1 week off, then 7 weeks on ;(. 11 weeks in a 12 week period, up there working 7 twelves. Grim. But, I was moving to England so I needed the $$.

Enjoy your 12 days of r&r! Or, i&i (intercourse and inebriation!)

Provided, the provisions of this subsection shall not apply to persons riding in a motorcycle sidecar.
(2)(A) A violation of this subsection is a Class C misdemeanor…

supposed to be 3 & 3, but they asked me to do an extra week this rotation and again in Dec ... and hell I'm up here to make $$.

R&R = rest & ride!

"SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-8-164, is amended by adding the
following language as a new subsection:
(e) No operator of a motorcycle shall carry nor permit to ride thereon any person
under the age of twelve (12) years.
(1) The first violation of this subsection is a Class C misdemeanor
punishable only by a fine not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
(2) The second violation of this subsection within five (5) years of a prior
conviction of such offense is a Class C misdemeanor punishable only by a fine
not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250). "
LEO should ticket this operator.

Pissed Sometimes Laws are necessary to protect us &

those who can not make to decision for themselves to go or not go in harms way.

Age specific law, no, size & weight, yes!

Another law to be considered is against animals on a motorcycle or in the back of pick up trucks.

Endangering your so called "beloved" pet is asinine!

Maybe they shouldn't be allowed to ride in a vehicle at all, after all that does endanger them. Do you buckle your dogs in?

Yep. Otherwise she's a 29 kg projectile. I clean that stuff up for a living. No thanks. Don't want it happenin' to my baby.
