For an avarage of.... 125.75ft.

125 - 194.2 on the graph = you're stupid.

You travel farther as speed increases for the same given period of time. In this case that period of time is 0.75 sec for each speed.

Looking at the graph,at first glance, I have to agree that the reaction time seems a bit long. Of course, that is assuming that you are paying full attention and are ready for anything to happen, and know exactly what course of action you are going to take. I doubt that any of us can honestly make that claim every time we are on a bike. 0.75 seconds may not be quite as far off as you first think.

Now, as for the braking itself, I don't see much problem there at all. 30 ft per second per second is a little over 0.9g acceleration. I know that I can achieve higher braking forces than that, but not every time. ABS would certainly help in that respect, but not all bikes have that, nor do I think they should.

Of course, none of this applies to our local divinty, the god-like IHeart.
