Nice one. My pegs have less clearance when I'm doing a U-Turn. Pick up knee, lean bike over more.

I can't vouch for all of his adventures but I do know that he is a hell of a motorcycle rider and a great guy. He is the guy you most want to see coming down the road if you are stranded on the side of the road with a sick scoot. His diagnostic skills are amazing, and if there is a way to get you back on the road he will get it done.

If his stories are just tall tales, he's very good at it. I've heard some of them numerous times and they are always the same each time he tells them. That is a tough act to carry on long term.

Lets go ride, the weather is great and there's roads a calling.
i think he's full of it .. he is all over the net on every forum you can imange. i do think he is very good at it. i don't doubt he rides a lot .the fact that he is even alive means he is a good rider. however i'll call him out on just one of his "exploits" . tell me how you run duluth mn. to L.A. cal. is less than 24 hrs, i want to know what roads you took, how long between fuel stops. what part of the country did you run at night? what kind of tires? how about mpg.? takes a lot of fuel at at 100 mph plus. did you have a support crew meeting you at intervals.
sorry but that story alone stretched you credibility well past the breaking point.
now back to killboy failure and our regular scheduled bitchen.
i may be extra cranky as I'm waiting for parts and the weather here in MN. is fantastic.

This would be attacking my credibility IMO.. I have no problem with telling the truth about what I say and
then taking a shot at me with the truth. Total out right lie's is a whole other thing...

Not sure what triggered the personal attacks but the subject matter seems pretty sensitive. Time for the mods to do some pruning I think. Off to Exploding Heads perhaps?

Maybe I'm mistaken - I've never seen myself from behind when on a sport-bike and in twisties - but it seems like he is intentionally reaching for the tarmac with his knee just to say he was scraping his knees. Granted, he's doing the right thing with moving his center of gravity that far off, but his CoG would have been pretty much the same had he not contorted his leg and knee to do that, but instead kept it tucked in. My second guess is that this is a shorter rider who could easily hang-off and not knee-scrape as much as larger guys have to / choose to, but for some reason he feels he needed to scrape?

Me thinks he was a bit lower before the shutter popped. He is now running wide and having an "OH SHIT!" moment

Geez, google maps says Duluth to La is 1 day and 8 hours. 2,077 miles. I think google calculates time using posted speed limits.

94.4 mph average speed gives you two hours for pit stops. I don't understand why anyone would dispute it.
