no clue who he/she is, but as a former Ural owner I can say, that even though it looks like the rider is moving along at a pretty good clip I can say without a doubt he isnt doing more than 25-30mph

yes its normal and no it wont pop the bead. They are a tall narrow tire with a high load rating since the pusher sees a lot of abuse. Its flexes a LOT as you can see. I was lucky to get 1500miles out of a pusher tire, stock russian tire on my 2010 was bald at 1200km(less than 800miles). You also have to run 40-42psi in the pusher tire, and check the spokes at every service(2500km).

FYI, some of that deflection is rim/hub/spoke flex too gotta love russian bikes
