Wow, I can't believe this thread is still going! I was going to bail out forever when I saw the photo of the bicyclists on the Dragon... WTF are those guys thinking? I love bicycling as much as motorcycling, but c'mon, man, that's just a stoooopid place to go for a ride. I live only a few miles from the BRP and it's a glorious place to ride a bike (either type) but it has nowhere near the traffic the Dragon does. That is just not safe for anyone. There are lots of roads around my home that I will not ride a bicycle on, much as I'd like to, because it just isn't any fun at all to get whiffed by cars every few seconds and there is nowhere to get out of the way in the traffic. That's just a good way to get yourself killed.

Hey, it's legal, so I'm going to ride here no matter how stupid it is. I couldn't have said it better. Therein lies my disdain for bicycle riders.
