I'm thinking that RED bike was (probably) too slow and (definitely) too far to the outside of that turn to have been considered anything but an exiting vehicle by SILVER bike.
In his defense, SILVER bike might have just gotten hypnotized/fixated on the sequence of turns. And luckily didn't demonstrate the Domino Effect with the parked bikes. And, yes, paid the price for his folly (which might have been just the Limp Of Shame and a busted mirror...

While I agree with your statement here as it regards freedom of choice, the piece of the puzzle that it leaves out is that it should be an "informed" decision. You can't "measure the risk and choose according" without being informed as to what the risk and the choices are.

What,....you don't like the arse stuck in a bucket riding position?

He's tryin' real hard for membership into the lifestyle rider's club. They are looking for new members... and need some more entries into the elite 300+mile/year group.
