... that is kinda cool, I have never heard of that.

... when I lived in Houston, they'd have an annual Art Car parade. More art than auto, but it was pretty cool. Some were real creative like a "rolling Burning Man."

Decotora's are privately owned work trucks. They sort of look weird in the day but they look awesome at night.

They are work trucks. Day and night, they are usually working. Unless there is a meetup someplace, you don't usualy see them as they are on truck routes.
