Trust me, my "you know what" was puckered so tight I don't think I could have forced a category 5 hurricane through!

Get real, you'll just get a DS bike and put slicks on it to make it a super-moto.

I like to tell myself that I'll have two sets of wheels, one set for the street and one for the not so street. However, even a DS with slicks will be better offroad than my current off road ninja!

Oh, I was that strange teen ager that thought the DR350 was the sexiest bike ever. Just because it's the only thing I could afford had no sway whatsoever on that emotion I promise!!!!

Last weekend I spent a little time getting the bike ready to travel. I also pulled my tent out of the bag and set it up so it could air out a little.








Now all I need is a destination... LOL

Me thinks you should take a closer look at those tires. I'd say that is pretty much ready for a few dirt roads at least.

I figured we'd bring the wheel polish kits and shine up the chromey bits while you go get all muddy and stuff! By, the way, I'm just jealous that I don't currently have a DS and am trying to compensate with horrible humor...

What are these "chromey bits" you speak of? And what's "polish"?

I think there used to be some chrome bolts on the DR, but I can't tell anymore.

Well we posted the tag. Unfortunately we ran out of daylight to find the next tag. Today the weather is looking crappy and HBN has the joy of working for a living. Tomorrow is obviously not looking good for a ride either. So it may be Saturday when we can coordinate something.
