Nice job on the tag guys, was the semi trailer parked on the road?

You can post older pictures if you'd like...at least I think that was allowed.

Merry Christmas/Holidays/New Year.

Yes it was, and GD had a bit of trouble negotiating around it on his BMW barcalounger.

Thanks for all the Holiday Greetings and my own Merry Christmas to everyone.

Now all I've got to do is get the truck stuck so that I can't make it in to work tonight.

Yep. I had to drag feet while passing the semi. I'm a wide load.

It's a good thing the roads are still snow and ice covered or I might be upset that I'm at work right now.

Really? Everything's pretty near thawed out down here except for some patches in the hollers.

The shame of it is, my DR is still undergoing surgery... all that wonderful mud out there and all I have on tap is a big street bike!

Welcome to my personal hell! We still have lots of ice on the streets around here. The main roads are pretty much clear with patches in the shade, all side streets and county roads are still in cluster #@@$ mode. I hope it thaws soon.

I'm getting cabin fever, and need to get out for some public interaction. Time for a pizza run.

Happy New Years everyone!

City finally came by and dumped cinders on our street today. It's still slicker than snot out there though.

I'm still waiting for a bit of a thaw.

Still frozen up here in Nevada, MO. I drove up from NW Arkansas last night to work today up here and it is not like at home. We mostly melted already, but this place is froze over still. The main roads are clear, but the hotel parking lot and the airport ramp is slick as owl $hit on a ball ping hammer.

In fact this morning our base cat was running across the snow and fell when he hit a patch of ice. Slid on his keister a ways. Being a cat, he quickly stood up, regained his composure and looked around to see if anybody saw that.

He did not appreciate my laughing.
