Pie ride this saturday. Unfortunately, I have to coach some little leaguers so I won't be able to lead the ride. I nominate the Dragon.

Have fun Coach.

My bike is still in pieces...but the carb parts (jet kit and new tubes) should be in on Friday, so I'm hoping to get it back in running condition this weekend!

I got my bike back in action last night. It had sprouted a horrific oil leak.

The oil filter cover gasket broke. All in all a three hour maintenance session to change oil, filter, and gasket.

I should be ready come Saturday.

Hey! So I've been riding quite a bit lately and I've discovered the most dangerous driver on Joplin streets. The teenag prom car. Thank goodness they only come out a couple of nights a year.

Avoid Range Line (all the time) and Main Street (Friday and weekend evenings) and you'll eliminate most of that.

Yep sure did, not quite the adventure we were expectin', but a helluva ride just the same. Due to impeccable timing, we started the TAT the same week they had all the flooding and tornadoes in Tennessee... never made it as far as Arky-Saw and drowned the DR up to the handlebars...

Here's a short ride report w/pics for anyone who's interested (I'm 'DustDevil' on this forum): http://www.invisionplus.net/forums/i...&showtopic=819

Planning on going back and finishing Mississippi and Arkansas later this summer or early fall. Can't wait!

Meantime, it's a sunshinin' out and I'm hankerin' for some trail ridin'. Anybody thinkin' of riding around the Winona/Doniphan/Thayer area this summer let me know I'll be glad to show ya'll around if ya like.

Hey everyone! I haven't been on in a while. I finally got rid of that Harley and got something made for dirt. I got a new CRF 450X Honda with plates and everything. I'll be in Missouri at our cabin on Roaring River June 12th-20th. If anyone wants to ride around in the forest let me know.

Hallett was wet! Lots of fast guys, but I had some decent outside passes. No pictures yet...minor lowside, and the DRZ was down for half of saturday. Bent shifter and KIA kickstand, but rideable for all day sunday! Scuffed leathers, but no damage other than my pride. Next day is June 6th, come one come all. Are we riding this weekend? I missed the last pie run...

I'm not sure when the next pie run will be. HBN is out of school for the semester and will probably be ready for one shortly. I'm currently down due to electrical issues.
