You need to know where to look but I must agree with the Eastern excitement. I thought that lower section of Hitchinbrook was a hoot with truck and tandem trailer. A lot easier on a scoot.

The whole family is comin your way for the Eastern Ontario Adventure Ride. We have a cabin booked at Elmhirst. You should pack up 5 and Mom and come out for the weekend. Info is in vendors and Motoaxe was telling me the booking is going well. I'm not sure how full the guest list is yet, we had a great time las year.

Be good to ride with a retired guy, I hear they have time to clean their bikes .

How about y'all say Hi to Zenryder, she's from the centre of the universe(torona) and I know she's happy spring is here .

Alright that enough of you Easterners for now, I've got a job to do

Hinchinbrooke is sandy as always, just more of it this time of year.

We did Arden road, bunch of others, and 36 down from 7 to Westport. 36 was clean, and fun.

I could get used to this. But the wife sez no.

Just got in... as the rain started... just enough to make the roads slick.

Good ride though. Boy did I ever feel rusty on 36! I am still adjusting to the Stelvio too so that doesn't help.

Just got in from a spin, couldn't get out during the day. Cooled off quick after dark.

15 tomorrow... got an appointment in the morning, then guess who's going riding? The bike night gathering at the Petrocan on Gardiner isn't officially on tomorrow, but a bunch of folks will be there. Don't forget something for the food bank.

Hmmm... guess who is going to bed???

Then...

I doubt if I will make it to the un-official bike night though. Unless I manage to convince the wife to go for a ride after she is done work. We'll see.

Since I just spent the last two days wrenching on Forseti's Stelvio, it got me to thinking.

Anyone interested in a tech day? I've got a good sized garage between Colebrook and Moscow, would be happy to host it. Got the tools to do most anything, including a couple of welders. Have the tools for tire changes, including balancing even the hubless rear wheels from a BMW.

I figure it should be on a weekend for most, but since I'm retired, my schedule is pretty flexible.

Tech day aside, if you need a warm, dry, equipped place to get some wrenching done, all are welcome. Bring your parts, and a manual if you have it. Don't have a manual? Lemme know what you ride, odds are I have a link to get one.

That's a great idea. I did some messing around with my bike over the winter for the first time, sprockets, chain, tires and some other odds and ends on a suzuki dr650.

Just looking for some opinions/recommendations in the fine tuning area and throw some ideas around.

At the very least a chance to say hello and get a ride in would be great.

Jeff

All my bikes are in perfect working order with nothing to fix, but I'll gladly stop by and help out some others.
