If any of you do buy this (or especially Kodak) Digital Camera, please do me one favor... Do not (under any circumstances) load their "easyshare" software on your computer. The Kodak easy share is the worst memory hog, system slowing, adware inducing crap I've seen in a commercial software. I have had more support calls than I can count from people who complain of weird activity on their PC and uninstalling "Easyshare", which is always active in memory, always fixes it!

I have not loaded the software that came with any of my cameras. you can copy the files off like a hard drive or use a card reader with out putting that crap on your machine. /rant

At WOOT.com for 24 hrs or until they sell out which ever is first. Looks like a nice little camera for the bike, 3" touch screen, 10mp, $69 and $5 shipping. This thing has a pretty good menu with great settings!

I would have to second that. The program I use is called Photo Mechanic and it does not reside in memory, but it also is not free. Is you use Apple, then the above mentioned program or their Aperture software is also good.

For 90 percent of what I do (on a mac), iPhoto works great for basic photo stuff. Then I have Photoshop if I get ore adventuresome, which seldom happens. I looked at Aperture, but have not felt I really needed it on top of what I already have. (I'm cheap like that!)

If you need some great gear, drop by and take a look. Make sure you tell him that you saw this on Advrider so you'll get the 15% off. Here's a link to his place and also to Olympia.

I'll chime in on the Oly Moto gear. I have the Olympia AST Touring jacket and it is some of the highest quality gear I've seen out there. Getting ready to get the Ranger pants, just got to find a couple C notes .
