Wild Hogs. Not ADV bikes, but you have to admit that the premise is full of adventure. Other than that, it was a horrible movie though.

Mad Max. Now that's a true ADV movie.

^^^^ Nice ride! I've always loved the R100s, very similar style - looks great.

+1 - I like the hippy commune stop and when they trade there BSA's and Triumph's in on "modern" Kawi 2 strokes.

Have a 2 DVD set with ALL the footage in chapters. So we can order the 1 DVD/blueray with the final movie and outtakes. Then go to the official website and order the 2 DVD or Blueray with all the footage that is chaptered and in order of the ride. No music or narration.

Thats pretty much what we did in the end ... except we used normal music and paid for the licensing

Probably my favorite too, or at least a close 2nd to Dust to Glory, then On any Sunday.

The Long Way Round took a while to get interesting, like when they finally got to Mongolia and then the Road of Bones. It's too bad they didn't take the TAT while in the U.S.

I wish Shinji Kazama had filmed his trek to the North Pole on a TW200. Then again, beyond the pure endurance factor, is there really much 'adventure' to arctic travel? Would 20 minutes of film pretty much cover the highlights?
