gps maps

I recently sent my BMW Nav II gps in to Garmin for a rebuild. Upon its return I find that I can't unlock maps. Anyone have a clue?

They basically swapped your defective unit for a "refurbished" unit which has a different serial number, so your maps won't work with it, you have to call them and they will give you unlock codes matched to the serial number of the new unit. Happened to me too.

I did that and still did'nt work. Maybe they sent me the wrong code.
