I just lost a a three paragraph post exulting the the incredible line up at pick-a-thon and how it is the best bang for your buck of almost any festival out there...

if nothing else go see the avett bros. at the Crystal..unbelievable show..and to think I almost booked them in Yachats 3 years ago..go see them

hell people were paying more than this to see springsteen..and here you get 3 days of some of the best music out there from all over the country..

I could easily put together a two-day concert with nothing but a Creative Labs mp3 player and a used tarp strung between trees in a public park for $4 apiece. I can't believe you'd waste money on going all the way out there when you can do the same thing in your back yard.

What about all the gas you'll burn riding to/from?

Maybe so, but I can't forget that I used to get name acts at the Civic Auditorium for less than nine bucks.
