The new toy shortly after I purchased it in September...

I rode it up to the Oquirrh Overlook at the top of the Oquirrh Mountains between the Salt Lake and Tooele Valleys.

That's the Bingham Canyon Mine owned and operated by Rio Tinto / Kennecott - still in operation after 105+ years, with the latest projections putting the mine life out for at least another 20 years.

It's just fun to have a naked small bike. If I could have only one bike yeah, it'd be the Tiger. But given that I can afford to ahve three bikes, it's fun to have them. Odds are, however, that Spring 2013 I will sell the ST1100 and just have the Tiger and ER6 in the stable.
Time for a scooter..

Nah, it's a low-rider version for the boy racers - smaller diameter wheels with ultra-low profile rubber...

Woah, what is it with you guys hanging and balancing your helmets on your handlebars?! I wouldn't dare do that and risk breaking my helmet, knowing my luck it would even fall off if I used the chin strap to hang it upside down

I rest mine over the mirror. If my helmet couldn't handle a fall from the handle bars in a stopped position, I don't want it anyway :).

Amigo, I have dropped mine numerous times. In addition, a month ago I crashed HEAD FIRST into a rock on the side of the road. You have to look very closely to see the minute scratch.

That helmet you had that busted...it was defective. You should send it back to the manufacturer and ask for a replacement.
