1992 Yamaha FZR 600. Paid $750 for the bike. 3 years, 40k miles, two engines, one good crash, and a whole lot of memories later....she was stolen from the parking lot.

I posted these back when I bought them in Jan (non-running) but since I got them all fixed up and running, they merit a repost:

83 Interceptor #1, 8900 miles, pretty much cherry. Total investment with parts, around $1400.

83 Interceptor #2, 11,500 miles, VG condition. Total investment, around $1200.

Lots of labor of course, but it was fun. The two bikes were 13 serial nmbers apart, which I thought was kinda cool.

Sold em both last month.

Hank, you dog! Why can't I ever stumble onto a deal like that!

Looks like Interceptor #1 had the oil line mod. Was it already on the bike or did you install it?

#1 already had the oiling kit installed when I got it. No oiling kit on #2 but the cams were in great shape.

CB350 w Kawi fork, swingarm, and brakes. I'm 6'4" so I looked ridiculous on it. Sold it to a guy who weighed over 400lbs.
