Sometimes the woman you're married to 10 years later isn't the one you knew for 5 years before the marriage.

I have been married for 43 years and I bet my wife would say that I'm not the same. Who is?
I forgot to add that I still like my wife.

Men get married thinking "She won't change", and she does.
Women get married thinking "He'll change", and he doesn't.

The rest, as they say, is history.

That rocks!

You are a lucky man. Few of us are lucky enough to have a wife that rides, but even fewer are lucky enough to have a wife that rides like that!

I am pretty lucky. One more pic, wife riding with my then young son in field events at a rally in the early 90s on her Voyager 1200.

If I wanted to stop and she didn't, I'd tell her I'd catch up with her later. Neither seem to be good things to do in a "relationship", whatever the f*&^ that means.
Don't see any problem here ( married: 24 yrs; riding own rides each together: 11 yrs ) - I'm always in the drag to:
1. be able to see her at all times and give her an extra pair of alert eyes to visually control the sector in front of her;
2. let her choose our pace according to her senses of comfort and safety rather than force her to catch up with mine;
3. cover her rear from any unexpected traffic situations.

Normally I'd only pass her to cover her turns or show the way, otherwise not.

Finally got a picture of the wife on the bike...not exactly the day we had planned though.

Yesterday was supposed to be a 250 mile round trip through Northern Virginia wine country (with the required sampling stops)
About an hour into it the Wing's electrical system started acting up...ended up using the AMA roadside assist for a tow home.
After 2 hours in the sun, we planned to add a few more things to the side cases...like sunblock
She was a real trooper dealing with it...
Looks like it is likely a battery failure....we hope
